Jazz In All Its Colors
The Original Sinbad is a graduate of Career School of Broadcasting where he studied radio broadcasting. In 1976 he went to work at KTSU 90.9 FM as an on-air personality and later as interim General Manager until 2013. He is a retired Communications Specialist with AT&T, where he spent 36 years. In 2017, Sinbad moved up the radio dial a couple of notches to KPFT 90.1 FM, bringing with him four decades of Jazz and All Its Colors and his loyal listeners as well. Sinbad has a great love for God and the things he believes God can do. Now, in 2020, the Original Sinbad has opened up a brand new chapter in his radio career. He is getting ready to launch the Jazz and All Its Colors format in his state-of-the-art podcast studio. He is very excited about this new venture. The main thing in moving this project forward will be the love and support of the Jazz and All Its Colors listening audience. Sinbad’s mission is to keep jazz alive. Together we can make it happen.
